Apprentice Knowledge Management and Communication - DMI
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Mission & Objectives:
Complete and enhance the existing Wiki for the DMI team, focusing on improving its structure, navigability, and overall efficiency as a knowledge management and communication tool.
Support the organization and documentation of training activities, including the preparation and updating of training materials.
Assist in the management and improvement of the internal online training platform (Academy).
Collaborate with HR and the team to organize and coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and communication.
Support the creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter, as well as other internal communications such as success stories and team updates.
Your key responsabilities:
Analyze and improve the current Wiki structure, organization, and content for better usability and engagement.
Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in knowledge management.
Create, update, and maintain training materials and documentation for internal training programs.
Support the administration and enhancement of the internal online training platform (Academy), including uploading materials, tracking participation, and ensuring content accuracy.
Develop user guides, tutorials, or training resources to facilitate the adoption and effective use of both the Wiki and the Academy platform.
Coordinate with HR and internal teams to schedule, organize, and communicate about training sessions.
Track and report on Wiki and Academy usage, proposing actions to increase engagement and effectiveness.
Contribute to the drafting, editing, and distribution of the monthly newsletter and other internal communications (e.g., success stories, project highlights, team achievements).
Collaborate with various departments (Controlling, Production, Development, Industrial Quality, IT) to ensure training, knowledge management, and communication tools meet their needs
You bring:
Current undergraduate (Grado), Master’s student, or recent graduate in Communication, Documentation, Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in an industrial and/or English-speaking environment is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; experience with online training platforms and communication tools is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is an asset; French is not mandatory but is a plus).
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
Analytical mindset, proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
