Nutanix Technical Support Intern, Barcelona, Spain (Summer 2026) in Barcelona, Spain

The Opportunity

This is a 12-week internship with start dates beginning in June or July 2026. You will work in our Barcelona, Spain office a minimum of 3 days/week in this hybrid position.

Our Technical Support Internship Program is designed for university students in Barcelona who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and customer experience.

This program provides hands-on exposure to real-world technical challenges while working closely with experienced engineers, product teams, and customer success teams. You’ll work on real systems used by real customers, gaining practical experience in troubleshooting, system analysis, and customer communication, bridging the gap between academic learning and professional engineering practice.

From day one, you’ll benefit from ongoing mentorship and support from your manager and team, alongside a specialized onboarding program designed to get you up to speed on all things HCI (Hyperconverged Infrastructure). You’ll also have the opportunity to earn Nutanix certifications, while developing both your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Your Role

Work with our customers to provide technical engineering support and deliver a high-quality customer experience, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that directly impact their success.

As an Support Intern, you will:

  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by customers

  • Work on real production systems and learn how they operate in live environments

  • Partner with engineering teams to drive improvements based on customer and partner feedback

  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Participate in team meetings, technical training sessions, and mentorship opportunities

What You Will Bring

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in Spain without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment visa status

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or related field at a Spanish university

  • Expecting to graduate in 2026

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Understanding of Linux, Networking, Virtualization, and Storage technologies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
