ADP Sales Specialist | Digital Sales Academy in Barcelona, Spain
ADP is organizing a Digital Sales Academy (due to start on June 1st 2026) for anyone with no or little sales experience looking to break into tech sales. If you’re looking to get into Tech Sales in a market leader company, this could be your opportunity! To join our Digital Sales Academy, we’ll be hosting a hiring day where your potential and motivation will be tested. As our next Sales Associate, a formal classroom training program will set you up for success and teach you how to prospect for new business and sell additional solutions to existing ADP clients in an assigned geographic territory. You will have dedicated ADP Sales Trainers to guide you as you focus on generating incremental business over the phone using virtual technologies.
You don’t need to have prior sales experience . After the 3-months training ends, you’ll be able to start your sales career in ADP with proper clients, monthly quotas, and sales
commissions.

Where : Wojo Coworking - Calle de Sancho de Ávila 65, 08018, Barcelona
Duration : 3 sessions of 15 minutes testing your presentation skills, motivation and sales attitude.
Come in to meet our experts at 3 different stations. Spend 15-minutes at each station and showcase your attitude and motivations:
Presentation of your topic of interest – free choice: we’ll be looking at how you engage an audience on a topic you are passionate about.

Are you right for the role?
Recent University graduates or about to graduate in Business Administration / IT / Marketing / Digital Transformation or other disciplines.
Fluent in English and any other language is a plus.
Capacity to listen actively to identify prioritized customer needs.
Ability to work independently and in a team with a strong drive for results.
Natural drive to excel, being curious, agile with a growth mindset and motivated.
