Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of initiatives, ensuring that all work is clearly defined, tracked and delivered efficiently across teams.
This role owns the delivery of the squad, enabling consistent execution while ensuring alignment between teams, timelines, and dependencies.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end coordination and execution of initiatives, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, tracked and delivered across teams.
Create and maintain Jira tickets, including task breakdown and structure of work
Document and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria
Track tasks and manage day-to-day follow-ups across cross-functional product teams in a digital environment (UX, Tech, Data, Content or similar)
Coordinate dependencies and delivery timelines, ensuring smooth execution across workstreams
Consolidate and document stakeholder feedback, translating it into actionable work
Maintain project documentation in Confluence and Jira
Structure incoming requests into clear, actionable tasks for the squad
Coordinate operational communication with stakeholders, ensuring visibility on progress and delivery
Manage operational coordination with vendors and external partners
Ensure consistent and efficient delivery across all initiatives
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in digital or product environments
Strong experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
Experience coordinating cross-functional product teams in a digital environment (UX, Tech, Data, Content or similar)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in parallel
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience working in multi-market or international environments
Exposure to product or UX-driven teams
Experience supporting A/B testing or experimentation workflows
Familiarity with analytics or performance tools (e.g. GA4 or similar)
