Overview

Project Manager acts as a key delivery partner to the Client Lead, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across all projects. This role is client-facing and plays a central part in driving day-to-day delivery excellence, aligning internal teams, and maintaining clear, proactive communication with client stakeholders. The Project Manager ensures that projects are well-governed, risks are anticipated, and delivery remains aligned with client expectations and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Client & Delivery Leadership

  • Partner closely with the Client Lead to manage client expectations and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all initiatives.

  • Act as a primary point of contact on delivery-related topics, ensuring clarity, alignment, and responsiveness in client communications.

  • Translate client needs into clear delivery plans, ensuring feasibility, quality, and efficiency.

Project Oversight & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead day-to-day project delivery across workstreams, monitoring progress, milestones, and dependencies.

  • Proactively identify delivery risks (scope, timing, resourcing, budget) and propose solutions before issues escalate.

  • Ensure delivery is aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and commercial parameters.

Planning, Scope & Resourcing

  • Lead the preparation of project briefs, scopes, estimates, and delivery plans in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Ensure staffing and resourcing are aligned with approved scopes and evolving client needs.

  • Manage changes in scope, estimates, and timelines, ensuring transparent communication and formal validation with the client.

Governance & Communication

  • Drive project governance by structuring and leading internal and client status meetings, steering discussions toward decisions and actions.

  • Provide clear, concise project status reporting, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.

  • Maintain strong documentation and visibility across all projects.

Execution & Client Approval

  • Oversee execution from kickoff to delivery, ensuring work is delivered to the expected quality standards.

  • Coordinate client reviews and approvals, ensuring deliverables are validated and signed off in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking in tools such as Monday.com.

Financial, Risk & Performance Management

  • Monitor project financial health, including budgets, burn rates, and profitability.

  • Flag and address financial or delivery risks, escalating to the Client Lead when needed.

  • Provide regular delivery and performance reporting, supporting informed client and leadership conversations.

Resource & Time Management

  • Ensure accurate time tracking and timesheet compliance across teams.

  • Monitor time consumption against plans and proactively adjust resourcing or priorities to protect delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery, client services, or account management.

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams.

  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and drive alignment.

  • Experience with project scoping, budgeting, risk management, and change control.

  • Solid understanding of project financials (budgets, burn rate, profitability).

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar).

  • High level in English to be evaluated by Talent Acquisition Team.
