Maintenance Trainee

JointheEngineeringteamat Grand Hyatt Barcelona as aMaintenanceTrainee.Thisisanadministrative andtechnical-supportrolefocusedonorganizingmaintenancedocumentation,updatingpreventivemaintenanceplans,supportingdataanalysis, andassistingwithinternalreporting.

Main Tasks

  • Updateandmaintainpreventivemaintenanceschedulesandtechnicalrecords

  • SupporttheEngineeringteamwithadministrativedocumentationandreporting

  • Organizesupplierinformation,maintenancelogs,compliancefiles, andequipmentrecords

  • Use Exceltoanalyzedata,trackKPIs, andmanagedatabases

  • PrepareinternalpresentationsandreportsusingPowerPoint

  • Assistwithcoordinationofexternalserviceproviders

  • Applytechnicalskillsin electronics , informatics , Office tools , and reading of technical plans and schematics

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Currentlyenrolledin a Higher Vocational Training (FP) program in Electronics or Informatics

  • Strongtechnicalskills:electronics,informatics, Officepackage,readingoftechnicalplansandschematics

  • FluentinSpanishwithgoodEnglishcommunicationskills

  • Detail-oriented,organized, and proactive

  • Abletosigna trainingagreementwithyourschool

  • Availablefora full-time 6‑monthinternship

  • AuthorizedtoworkinSpainorenrolledinanEU-recognizededucationprogram
