Our Quick Commerce initiative represents the next frontier in customer obsession, focused on bringing essential items to customers faster than ever before. As a Logistics Scheduler in our Quick Commerce team, you'll be at the forefront of managing one of the most complex and dynamic transportation networks. Your role will be crucial in orchestrating seamless operations across our network of stores, each strategically positioned to serve customers within their local areas.
We're looking for individuals who embody our bias for action, can think big, and are excited about solving complex logistics challenges in real-time. You'll be part of a team that's building the future of retail, working across EU markets to ensure we maintain our promise of ultra-fast delivery to our customers.
The position offers fixed work schedules (morning, afternoon, night or central shift), with rotating rest days throughout the week.
Key job responsibilities

• Monitor dark store operations and coordinate with delivery partners across the UK and EU network.
• Manage delivery capacity in real-time, responding to volume changes and operational issues.
• Track and resolve exceptions to maintain service quality
• Communicate with operations teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly
• Report on performance metrics and support process improvements.
• Communicate with various departments, facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders and resolving any potential issues that impact business continuity.
• Maintain and report up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis.
Basic Qualifications
Relevant experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
Previous experience within transportation or logistics
Working experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).
