At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented, and proactive students to join our Housekeeping Internship Program . If you are passionate about hospitality, guest comfort, and learning the inner workings of a luxury hotel, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to grow within one of our most essential departments.
The Housekeeping Trainee plays a vital role in supporting the smooth daily operations of our Rooms Division, ensuring our guests enjoy an immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

At Hyatt, our purpose is “Care for People so They Can Be Their Best.” Throughout your internship, you will gain exposure to several key areas within Housekeeping, including guest rooms, public areas, linen & laundry coordination, and floor office operations.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Do
Assist Supervisors with room and public‑area inspections
Ensure guest rooms meet Grand Hyatt cleanliness and presentation standards
Update room statuses and coordinate with Front Office & Engineering
Support daily task allocation to Room Attendants
Monitor stock levels of linens, amenities, and supplies
Follow up on VIP setups and special guest requests
Shadow the Housekeeping leadership team to understand full department operations
Who You Are
Hospitality and tourism student, or any other area with eagerness to learn (able to sign an internship agreement)
Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus
Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
Available for a minimum of 5 months
Eligible for internships in Spain/EU
