Customer Project Manager (Hospital & Ambulatory monitoring solutions)

Responsible for the effective execution of the Order Realization Process (ORP) and active Involvement in Order Acquisition Process (OAP) for hospital and ambulatory patient monitoring solutions with strong focus on IT/network readiness, system integration, and clinical workflow continuity. The Project Manager is overall responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and to required standard.

Your role:

Support Order Acquisition Process (OAP) - Site planning

  • Work closely together with the sales team / Key Account Manager to support the OAP.

  • Perform site and infrastructure assessments to understand Clinical workflows, Hospital IT/network landscape and Existing third‑party systems.

  • Trigger Site & networking planning to define network architecture, server, cybersecurity, integration requirements, device placement and central monitoring layouts.

  • Seamless interface between customer and business center aiming to achieve “first time right’’ solution design and support on-time delivery.

  • Create project plans / budgets and perform risk assessment during the OAP with special focus on network readiness, integration dependencies, change management impact on clinical operations to create a beneficial quote.

Order Realization Process (ORP) - Installation Project

  • Act as the main interface during the project towards the customer.

  • Create project and milestone date /planning in project management tool (PSA).

  • Ensure that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.

  • Periodic review installation project plan with all stakeholders.

  • Manage issues according to escalation process.

  • Manage risks and ensure that the project stays within budget and on-time.

  • Manage dependencies between clinical go‑live, IT readiness, and training requirements.

  • Ensure Customer Acceptance (and signed handover document).

  • Escalate deviations from plan / budget to Management.

  • Able to support full-multi modality projects.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree level education.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare solution implementation, preferably in monitoring, informatics, medical IT or connected medical devices.

  • Proven track of leading project implementation or team coordination of both internal and external resources.

  • Experience in project management (CAPM or PMP preferred).

  • Experience in working within cross functional teams.

  • Preferable knowledge of Hospital IT environments, Networked medical devices, Software‑based solutions and system integration and understanding of clinical workflows

  • Understanding of Supply Chain Processes.

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to Spanish as local language.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.

  • Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face).

  • Ability to effectively interact with members of other departments.

  • Familiarity/proficiency with the following: Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, and Windows Based.

  • Availability to travel when needed.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role will be based in Madrid or Barcelona.
