We are specifically seeking someone with proven expertise in preparing authentic Hindi cuisine , ensuring we meet and exceed the expectations of our international clientele.
This is a production-focused position requiring solid culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality. You will consistently deliver dishes that meet Hyatt’s high standards while monitoring food production, quality, and consistency daily.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present authentic Hindi cuisine dishes to the highest standards.
Monitor food production, quality, and consistency daily.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations .
Adapt menus to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions .
Collaborate effectively with a multicultural team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Proven experience as a cook, including hands-on experience with Hindi cuisine preparation and presentation .
Strong knowledge of hygiene and health regulations in the kitchen.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment .
Excellent organizational and communication skills .
Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
