Join Cisco’s Enterprise Sales team in Spain, a group driving our business with the country’s largest and most strategic clients in the IBEX35 index. Our team consists of top-performing Client Executives and Account Managers, each handling key relationships and delivering innovative solutions to leading enterprises. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to lead the engagement with a major global financial institution—one of the world’s top 20 banks—coordinating efforts with both local and remote teams to deliver outstanding results. Your Impact
Drive strategic engagement with executive stakeholders to advance the digital agenda of a leading global financial institution. Shape and execute multi-country account strategies, delivering tailored technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Lead cross-functional teams to manage complex deals and build trusted relationships at the executive level. Identify and develop new opportunities to expand Cisco’s presence and strengthen our client’s technology ecosystem. Achieve success by exceeding growth targets and positioning Cisco as a key partner in shaping the future of financial services.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing large enterprise accounts in the technology sector
Demonstrated experience selling complex IT solutions—including networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and collaboration technologies—to financial institutions
Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures, digital transformation, and emerging technologies relevant to the financial services industry
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA)
Experience working specifically with multinational or similar types of clients
Leadership experience in virtual or multicultural teams
Additional language skills
Advanced communication or negotiation skills
