Job Title: Process Assistant III. Location: Akron, OH. High Level Project Overview: Receive, validate, approve, and pay invoices from multiple vendors, ensuring on time payments, accurate records, and strong vendor and internal partner relationships. Top 3 Required Skills: Invoice processing expertise. Attention to detail and accuracy. System proficiency and analytical skills. What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)? Clear, professional communication with suppliers and internal partners. Time Management and Organization to prioritize high-impact invoices and manage workload under deadlines. Effectively partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues. Nice to Have Skills: ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle), Taulia, and Maximo. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in complex or high-volume payment environments. Accounts Payable or ERP system certifications are a plus.
