JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities What you will do: Lead project planning, budgeting, and quality control Build strong client relationships through meetings and collaboration Design transportation infrastructureroads, bridges, trails Prepare plans, specs, reports, and regulatory permits Support proposal development and mentor junior staff Contribute to public engagement efforts and presentations Bonus if you have experience with construction inspection or management ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications What you bring: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering required Minimum of 4 years of mobility/transportation engineering experience is required PE license required (WI PE preferred) WisDOT project experience preferred Previous client liaison and project management experience or a desire to step into that role is required Solid written and verbal communication skills Desire to work in a consulting environment This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
