Job Description
Construction Laborer
We’re looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to join our crew. This role involves supporting daily job‑site operations, assisting skilled trades, and helping keep projects running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling
Assisting carpenters, masons, and equipment operators
Loading/unloading tools and supplies
Basic demolition and prep work
Following safety procedures and reporting hazards
Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
Schedule & Pay
Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Baraboo, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
Mileage Reimbursement PTO OT Available Growing Company
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Baraboo,WI.
