JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities The work you will do Commercial and Residential building assistance/inspections Housing program assistance Willingness to travel locally to support our client needs ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications What you bring Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: 4 or more years of residential and commercial building inspection experience or similar experience required Valid driver\'s license and vehicle required Master Electrician Required or Electrical UDC Certification required Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats Ability to meet tight deadlines, act independently, and be an effective team player This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position The pay rate for this position ranges from \$26 to \$43 per hour, commensurate with experience.
