- Tackling rough carpentry, including framing, window & door installation, siding and structural construction
- Jumping in on all phases of building projects as needed
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment where quality actually matters
- Taking direction from supervisors and working smoothly with a team
- Keeping job sites safe, clean, and organized (because chaos slows everyone down)
- Using your own tools like the professional you are
- (hammer, tool belt, tape measure, speed square)
