Otis & Sigma is expanding its service operations in Thailand and is seeking Senior Associate, Field Services to lead field service teams and deliver safe, reliable, and high‑quality maintenance services. This role is ideal for experienced service professionals who enjoy team leadership, customer interaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily field service operations, including 24‑hour emergency breakdown support , in line with maintenance schedules.

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, FPA, EH&S, and WWJSSS requirements , including audits and corrective action implementation.

  • Lead and coach service technicians to achieve high efficiency, quality, and safety standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, daily briefings, and weekly service review meetings to improve troubleshooting and reduce breakdowns.

  • Perform customer visits and prepare monthly service reports to support customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the Service Sales team on repair works and billing to support service sales and margin targets.

  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering .

  • Experience in field service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Customer‑focused mindset with good communication skills.

  • Proficient in computer and digital tools for service operations.

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written) ; spoken English is an advantage.

  • Thai language proficiency is required.
