Envista Holdings Corporation Sales Representative, Nobel Biocare in Bangkok, Thailand

Job Description:

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

The Implant Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling dental implant products and solutions to dental professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, and clinics. This role involves building strong client relationships, providing advanced technical product knowledge, and leading the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory. As a sales representative, this role also includes mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to strategic planning, and taking on more complex accounts or projects.

Key Responsibilities

Promoted and drove sales growth of dental implant solutions to dentists, oral surgeons, and clinics within assigned territory

Built and maintained strong relationships with key and high-revenue accounts to expand market share

Achieved and exceeded monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic territory planning

Delivered product demonstrations, advanced technical consultations, and chairside support during initial implant cases

Provided clinical training and guidance on implant selection, usage, and treatment protocols

Analyzed market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies

Collaborated cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and management teams

Supported onboarding and team development

Managed CRM reporting, sales forecasts, and expense control in compliance with company policies

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in dental or medical device sales, preferably in implant systems

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Solid technical aptitude with the ability to explain clinical procedures and product details

Experience handling key accounts and mentoring junior team members is an advantage

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license and able to travel within assigned territory
