Description:
The Demi Chef de Partie – Commissary Kitchen supports the kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation and production for various outlets. This role ensures that food is prepared according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
Assist in preparing ingredients and food items for different kitchen outlets.
Ensure food preparation follows standard recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and kitchen equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food production.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good teamwork skills.
