Description:

The Chef de Partie (Western) is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of Western cuisine. This role supports the kitchen team by maintaining consistent food standards, efficient operations, and adherence to hygiene and food safety requirements.

  • Prepare and cook Western dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

  • Manage and organize the assigned kitchen section to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

  • Support and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Western kitchen.

  • Good knowledge of Western cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork skills.
