How you create impact
Partner with department managers and supervisors to assess training needs and define annual learning plans.
Develop comprehensive training programs covering hard skills (logistics, freight operations, systems) and soft skills (communication, coaching, problem-solving, growth mindset, etc.).
Design structured learning paths for individuals and teams to support continuous development.
Deliver operational systems training and business process training using effective instructional techniques.
Conduct both online and in-person training sessions for new users and existing employees.
Facilitate soft skill training workshops that support team development and leadership readiness.
Ensure all training activities are accurately recorded and updated in Learning Management System.
Monitor and report completion rates for both hard and soft skill competencies.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement actions.
Develop high quality training materials consistent with KN standards.
Utilize digital platforms and tools (e.g., myKN, Wiki) to create, publish, and maintain learning content.
Stay up to date with training methodologies, logistics industry developments, and competitor practices to enhance learning experiences.
Research and adopt innovative training techniques to strengthen employee capability.
Coach employees and supervisors to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.
Drive productivity through upskilling initiatives, ensuring the organization remains well-prepared for operational success.
What we would like you to bring
3-5 years of working experience working in a team environment, supporting collaboration, and contributing to a positive workplace
Clear and effective communication skills for working with colleagues and different teams
Ability to solve problems, adapt to changes, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with customer-focused mindset
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence employees at different levels
Proficiency in digital learning tools and LMS platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
