The UiPath RPA Developer is responsible for analyzing business processes and designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions using the UiPath platform. The role involves building scalable and maintainable workflows using REFramework, integrating automations with web, desktop, database, and API-based systems, and managing bots through UiPath Orchestrator. The developer collaborates closely with business analysts and stakeholders, provides production support, resolves bot issues, and ensures automations follow best practices, security standards, and SDLC/ Agile methodologies.

JOB DUTIES:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator

• Build robust, reusable, and maintainable workflows using REFramework and UiPath best practices

• Manage the full RPA lifecycle including design, development, deployment, monitoring, enhancement, and support

• Provide Level 2/3 production support, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for bots

• Deploy, schedule, monitor, and manage bots in UiPath Orchestrator

• Work with queues, attended and unattended automations, and enterprise-scale bot implementations

• Integrate automations with APIs, SQL databases, Excel, Email, Web, Desktop applications, and PDF/OCR tools

• Use OCR technologies including UiPath OCR for document processing

• Prepare and maintain documentation such as solution designs, test cases, deployment guides, and support artifacts

• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, IT teams, and external partners to deliver automation solutions

• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies with stakeholders and project teams

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath

• Strong expertise in:

• REFramework

• UiPath Studio and Orchestrator

• Workflow design (Sequences, Flowcharts, State Machines)

• Exception handling, logging and retry strategies

• Hands-on experience with:

• Web and Desktop automation

• Attended and Unattended bots

• API integrations, SQL queries, and database interactions

• Excel, Email, Web automation, and document (PDF) processing

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and UiPath components (Activities, Queues, Workflows, Orchestrator)

• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, refactoring, and supporting production bots

• Experience supporting bots in production environments

• Knowledge of version control, deployment practices, and environment management

• Experience managing end-to-end RPA lifecycle in enterprise environments

WE VALUE:

• UiPath Developer or Advanced Developer Certification

• Exposure to OCR and Document Understanding (UiPath OCR, Microsoft OCR, Google OCR)

• Knowledge of Agile / SDLC practices

• Basic understanding of AI/ML-enabled automation or intelligent document processing

• Experience working with external partners or vendors

• A continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn new UiPath capabilities

• Ability to align automation initiatives with strategic IT goals

• Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams
