IBM Technical Support Representative-Security Analyst in Bangalore, India

Your role and responsibilities
1-3 yrs of relevant experience in PIM/PAM and good to have knowledge on any Access management product (Arcon, Sectona, Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity etc.)
Troubleshooting L1 level issues w.r.t SSO (access management) and PAM such as User authentication, Password rotation, Mapping servers and privileged ID to users, Authorisation, SSO, audit logs, MFA, RBAC etc.
Knowledge on application protocols (SAML, SWA, OpenID/OAuth) - SSO
Knowledge on any programming languages (Java/VBScript/Powershell etc.)
Performing daily health checks of all IAM products that are operational.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly scheduled and on demand out of box reporting.
Troubleshooting issues that are assigned via incident/Service requests.
Working with end user to troubleshoot on any IAM related issues.
Ready to work in 24x7 shifts.
Required technical and professional expertise
Hands on Exp in any IAM products-Arcon, Sectona, Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity
