Your role and responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management, you possess extensive experience and expertise in various IAM solutions, product suites, and downstream applications. You leverage in-depth product knowledge, client business understanding, and IAM solution expertise to deliver high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' diverse business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement IAM Solutions: Deliver high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' diverse business needs, ensuring a least privilege model and implementing single sign-on solutions. • Provide Consulting Services: Analyze and resolve IAM issues and provide consulting services to integrate IAM application services with broader application portfolios. • Advise Clients: Advise clients on the selection, implementation, customization, configuration, and production support of IAM security tools and solutions. • Deliver End-to-End Solutions: Provide end-to-end user life cycle provisioning, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Resolve IAM Issues: Analyze and resolve IAM issues, contributing to an overall superior security posture for the client.

Required technical and professional expertise

• IAM Solution Expertise: Exposure to various IAM solutions, product suites, and downstream applications, with the ability to deliver high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' diverse business needs. • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IAM products, including configuration, customization, and production support, to advise clients on selecting and implementing IAM security tools and solutions. • End-to-End Provisioning: Experience working with end-to-end user life cycle provisioning, ensuring a least privilege model and implementing single sign-on solutions. • Issue Resolution: Exposure to analyzing and resolving IAM issues, with the ability to provide consulting services to integrate IAM application services with broader application portfolios. • Client Business Understanding: Understanding of client business needs, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to deliver tailored IAM solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Downstream Application Knowledge: Exposure to various downstream applications, with the ability to integrate IAM solutions seamlessly. This includes understanding how to configure and customize these applications to meet clients' diverse business needs. • Advanced IAM Product Suites: Experience working with multiple IAM product suites, including in-depth knowledge of their features and capabilities. This enables providing high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements. • Security Posture Enhancement: Exposure to analyzing and resolving IAM issues, with the ability to provide consulting services that enhance the overall security posture for clients. This includes identifying vulnerabilities and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
