What You Can Expect
Administer and optimize the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment. Responsible for ensuring data integrity across the product structure, auditing engineering change orders, and translating complex business requirements into technical specifications for IT implementation.
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
How You'll Create Impact
Engineering Change Management: Audit and approve Change Requests and Initial Requests. Validate legacy data mapping, BOM structures, manufacturing site routing, and impact-analysis accuracy.
Systems Architecture & Optimization: Translate business unit needs into functional requirements. Draft technical Enhancement Requests for IT/Dev teams and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new builds and releases.\
Data Integrity & Migration: Enforce strict naming conventions and metadata standards. Conduct deep-dive research into legacy systems to facilitate data cleansing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes into Windchill and Teamcenter.
Training & Documentation: Develop technical SOPs and lead training for Windchill, Teamcenter and integrated CAD environments.
Cross-Functional Support: Act as the Tier 2/3 functional expert for troubleshooting Teamcenter and Windchill workflows, interface glitches, and CAD integrations.

PLM/PDM Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Teamcenter and Windchill
Workgroup Manager knowledge/proficiency added PLM/PDM
CAD Integration: Working knowledge of NX, Creo, Solid Works, Solid Edge and AutoCAD within a managed data environment.(Integration)
Process Engineering: Deep understanding of ERP integration(SAP)/ Oracle, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
Systems Analysis: Ability to perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience using Notepad+ Your Background
Education/Experience Requirements
Education: B.S. in Engineering Technology, CS, or a related technical field (or equivalent specialized experience).
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on administration or high-level power-user experience in PLM/PDM software.
Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of manufacturing lifecycles, version control, and configuration management.
Physical Requirements
Travel Expectations
5-10% travel to subsidiaries to lead training sessions.
