What You Can Expect

The SAP Senior IBP Analyst is a senior functional and technical contributor responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and support of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-performing planning solutions that support enterprise forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP/IBP processes.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)

How You'll Create Impact

IBP Solution Design & Configuration

• Design, configure, and support SAP IBP modules to meet enterprise planning requirements

• Lead functional design workshops and translate business requirements into IBP configurations

• Define key figures, planning operators, time profiles, master data, and planning views

• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards

Integration & Data Enablement

• Lead and support integrations between SAP IBP and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC)

• Support SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and data integration troubleshooting

• Partner with data and ERP teams to ensure accurate, timely data flows

Testing, Deployment & Production Support

• Lead functional testing, support UAT, and validate production readiness

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex IBP issues and planning defects

• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions

Planning Process Enablement & Optimization

• Support enterprise Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP processes

• Optimize planning performance, data accuracy, and usability

• Support scenario modeling and planning analytics

Governance & Collaboration

• Ensure IBP solutions comply with data governance, security, and ITSM standards

• Support audit and compliance requirements where applicable

• Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior IBP analysts

Your Background

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years total SAP supply chain planning experience

• Experience supporting global or multi-region planning organizations

• Experience with S&OP / IBP transformation programs

• Experience in regulated or SOX-controlled environments

• SAP IBP certifications (preferred)

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 4–6 years of experience supporting SAP IBP solutions

• 4+ years in a senior analyst or lead functional role

• 4+ years supporting production SAP planning environments

• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional planning initiatives
