Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
Collectively responsible for end to end product quality
Participates and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies
Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
Provides technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues
Closely working with Tech Lead, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
Independently drive some of the product and pillar level initiatives

Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical or equivalent
5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and delivering commercial application software
Experience with front-end technologies like Angular and ReactJS
Experience with Microservices
Experience in providing technical guidance and inculcating engineering best practices within development teams
Experience with Cloud based technologies such as Docker, Mesos, Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift or similar container technologies
Experience with DevOps Tools like GitHub Actions
Experience creating version management strategy and working knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub
Experience in conducting design and code reviews
Experience working in teams following Agile development methodologies (Iterative, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Sound understanding of basic operating system and networking concepts
Knowledge of Web servers like Apache Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server, JBoss
Fundamental knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Exposure to complete software product lifecycle encompassing requirements analysis, prototyping, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment
Expert knowledge on Java JEE frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate and at least 2-5 years of experience in Java JEE projects
Solid knowledge of RDBMS and experience working with SQL Server/Oracle and No SQL including writing complex join queries
Sound knowledge and experience of unit testing methodologies
Proficiency in applying object-oriented principles and recommended design patterns to create robust and scalable system designs
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot problems and zero in on the likely root causes
Demonstrated ability to define and drive improvements in the overall quality including automation, code coverage and inspection processes
Demonstrated ability to do POC on emerging tech stack
Proven team Player in an Agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream
