Primary Responsibilities:
Be able to understand the Facets Delivery, Client priority and requirements
Good in adapting & adopting new technology footprints to optimize business solutions
Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems
Be able to translate the business requirements/functional design to job design
Be able to work on EDI transactions like 837 and 835
Be able to contribute in DevOps, CI/CD and other engineering forums
Be able to design, develop UI solutions by using C#.NET/ Angular JS
Design, build, and deploy AI programs and intelligent components, including classification models, prediction models, natural-language workflows, and document processing solutions
Should have solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Actively engaged as a scrum team member in all agile mechanisms
Reviews, analyzes, develop/modifies and Completes stories within definition of done, on time within original estimates
Responsible for all aspects of deliverable (detailed code design, coding, unit and integration test, automation, and deployment)
Able to understand the existing designs and technology choices within products, and make appropriate adjustments to existing designs when necessary
Should be involved in peer reviews
Develop innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
Delivers solutions devoid of significant security vulnerabilities
Participates in on-call rotation
Tickets are closed within SLA
Applies learnings from on-call rotation into delivered software
Contributes to outage retrospective discussions and documentation
Participate in Requirement gathering and Production Support for incidents
Provide timely updates on tasks
Adherence to the defined SLA Compliance etc,

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years overall IT experience
4+ years of experience in Facets Claims domain
4+ years of development and testing experience in C# / .Net programming language
4+ years Database Design/Programming
2+ years of Agile experience
Healthcare EDI Experience
CI/CD Experience
Knowledge using AI Builder, Azure AI Services, and Generative AI tools to enhance solution intelligence, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency
Good knowledge on US Healthcare Industry
Knowledge of data-streaming (like kafka)
Knowledge of NetworX Pricer
Good understanding of Medicaid / Medicare line of business
Comfortable in executing SQL queries, procedures, cursors
