Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver end to end features across backend services and frontend applications using Java, Python, Spring Boot, and React
Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java (Spring ecosystem) and Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks)
Develop reusable, responsive, and accessible UI components using React.js and TypeScript
Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, integration layers, and data pipelines
Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or HCC
Collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Ensure high application quality through code reviews, unit/integration testing, and engineering best practices
Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and observability using logging, metrics, and monitoring tools
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Enforce secure coding standards, data protection, and compliance with organizational and cloud security guidelines
Stay current with modern engineering trends, cloud innovations, and emerging AI/ML capabilities
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design and architectural discussions

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of hands on experience in full stack software development
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
Practical experience deploying and supporting applications in a cloud environment (AWS / Azure / GCP / HCC)
Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing
Solid proficiency in core technologies:
Java, Spring Boot, Spring ecosystem
Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent backend frameworks)
React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
Proven solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
Proven excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience or interest in Prompt Engineering and AI powered internal tools or automation
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, API Gateways, Kafka, or microservice orchestration
Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring junior engineers
Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud native patterns, serverless architectures, or event driven systems
Exposure to Generative AI, LLM based applications, embeddings, or RAG architectures
