UL, LLC Senior AI Front-end Software Engineer in Bangalore, India

  • Study and transform AI prototypes and design AI Front-end Software systems

  • Research and implement appropriate front-end algorithms and tools

  • Develop AI Front-end Software applications according to requirements

  • Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods

  • Run AI Front-end Software tests and experiments

  • Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results

  • Extend existing front-end libraries and frameworks

  • Keep abreast of developments in the AI front-end field

  • Research and implement best practices to improve the existing AI Front-end Software infrastructure

  • Provide support to engineers and product managers in implementing AI Front-end Software in the product

  • Create automated AI Front-end Software services/systems and constant tracking of its performance.

  • Optimize AI code, models and services.

  • Mentor, direct and train colleagues in AI Front-end Software engineering best practices

  • Automate front-end model deployments

  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct,and follow all physical and digital security practices

  • Perform other duties as directed.

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in front‑end software engineering.

  • 2–3 years relevant experience in AI‑driven front‑end systems — transforming prototypes into production‑ready applications, optimizing AI code, and automating deployments.

  • Strong background in modern front‑end frameworks and deployment automation.

  • Advanced technical knowledge and/or software development experience.

  • Advanced working knowledge in software application or specific program language requirements of software work.
