Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP PP and related modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PP-Master data Batch Management Sales & Operation Planning and more. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive efficiency and innovation in production processes contributing to our companys growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP PP modules to enhance production efficiency and data accuracy.
Oversee the integration of SAP PP with other modules such as SAP MM and SAP Engineering Change Management to ensure seamless operations.
Provide expert guidance on SAP PP-Master data management ensuring data integrity and consistency across all processes.
Drive the adoption of SAP PP-Batch Management to improve tracking and quality control in production.
Implement SAP PP-Sales & Operation Planning to align production schedules with business forecasts and market demands.
Utilize SAP MM-Material Requirement Planning to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
Manage SAP PP-Shop Floor Execution to streamline production workflows and enhance real-time monitoring.
Facilitate SAP PP-Long Term Planning to support strategic decision-making and capacity planning.
Coordinate SAP PP-Demand Management to balance supply and demand effectively.
Execute SAP PP-Production Campaigns to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
Implement SAP PP-Variant Configuration to cater to diverse customer requirements and enhance product customization.
Oversee SAP PP-Process Order Execution to ensure timely and efficient production cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP processes with business objectives.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SAP PP modules including Master data Batch Management and Sales & Operation Planning.
Demonstrate proficiency in SAP MM-Material Requirement Planning and Engineering Change Management.
Experience in SAP PP-Shop Floor Execution and Long Term Planning is essential.
Familiarity with SAP PP-Demand Management and Production Campaigns is required.
Knowledge of SAP PP-Variant Configuration and Process Order Execution is a must.
Domain experience in Manufacturing Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling & Planning is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
