Your role and responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer specializing in Performance & Resilience Management, you demonstrate expertise in performance testing, load, scalability, networks, and infrastructure. You apply your skills in a billable services or implementation environment, providing technical expertise in performance and resilience management. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design Test Frameworks: Design, manage, and execute tests using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure new and amended systems meet performance criteria and standards. * Develop Test Designs: Plan and develop test designs, defining the test automation framework to analyze results and resolve performance-related issues. * Analyze Performance Results: Utilize performance tools to analyze results, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing system performance. * Resolve Performance Issues: Apply technical expertise to resolve performance-related issues, ensuring systems meet performance criteria and standards. * Provide Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in performance and resilience management in a billable services or implementation environment.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Performance Testing Expertise: Experience with performance testing, load, scalability, networks, and infrastructure, demonstrating a strong understanding of performance criteria and standards. • Test Automation Frameworks: Experience with designing, managing, and executing tests using appropriate tools and techniques, including defining test automation frameworks. • Performance Tool Utilization: Experience with utilizing performance tools to analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize system performance. • Technical Expertise Application: Experience applying technical expertise in performance and resilience management in a billable services or implementation environment. • Test Design Development: Experience with planning and developing test designs, including defining test automation frameworks to analyze results and resolve performance-related issues.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Exposure to Cloud Environments: Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and performance testing in cloud environments is beneficial. • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Exposure to agile development methodologies and iterative testing approaches is advantageous.
