What You Can Expect
Responsible for assuring products conform to established requirements and standards through appropriate audit, inspection, and test activities. Interacts with many different functional departments, suppliers, and experts outside Zimmer Biomet to implement Zimmer Biomet Quality goals.
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
How You'll Create Impact
Formulates procedures, specifications, and standards for Zimmer products and processes.
Develops and implements corrective/preventative action plans.
Collects and analyzes data for gauge and product evaluation.
Identifies critical personnel, gauges, procedures, and materials needed for the completion of new products.
Ensures that suppliers have necessary information and facilities to deliver quality products to Zimmer Biomet
What Makes You Stand Out
Ensure compliance with global regulations and recognized standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR).
Support regulatory and quality audits and inspections (FDA, Notified Bodies, internal and customer audits)
Ability to deliver, meet deadlines and have results orientation.
Author, review and approve documentation in Quality capacity.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Support quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality planning and documentation throughout the product lifecycle
Proficient in blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing methods

CAPA
Proficient in statistical data analysis
Education/Experience Requirements
B.S. in engineering
2-5 year of relevant work experience.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in statistical data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
Technical writing skills
German language skills are an advantage
