Your role and responsibilities
As a Power Systems Full Stack Performance Manager your responsibilities would include
Manage a team of highly skilled Full Stack Performance Analyst responsible for analyzing and tuning performance from the hardware level up through the OS and middleware
Collaborating with technical architects & stakeholder in defining scope and deliverable for the team & individual team member
Drive analysis of performance bottlenecks, suggest design changes, and identify tuning parameters for next-generation Power Processors and systems
Collaborate with chip design, firmware, hypervisor, and operating system teams to drive design optimizations
Drive performance analysis and fine-tuning of enterprise databases (e.g., Oracle Database) on Power systems
Drive use of performance analysis tools and techniques, including AI-driven methodologies, to predict and improve performance
Manage the planning, execution and tracking of the teams scope & deliverable
Driving process improvement and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency of the team
Driving quality & compliance of all deliverables
Managing team members skill & career growth and retaining talent
Drive teams growth by attracting and hiring new talent based on project need
Required technical and professional expertise
12+ years on IT industry experience in product development
5+ years of experience managing project and teams
Experience in project planning, tracking and use of project management tools
Knowledge of Unix/Linux Operating System
Knowledge of System Architecture
Knowledge of performance benchmarking & optimization methods
Experience collaborating and working with Global teams
