Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager - CXO Programs to join our Marketing team. This is a Hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, APJ.
You will engage with enterprise cybersecurity leaders by researching their IT initiatives and challenges, driving highly personalized, account-based outreach and initiating strategic conversations with CXOs to uncover priorities while articulating the value of Zero Trust.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Execute marketing initiatives designed to attract, engage, and retain C-level executives across the India market
Lead the end-to-end management of key programs including Executive Briefing Tours, Regional CxO roundtables, and flagship event projects
Drive seamless execution of logistics, attendee coordination, and vendor management in tight alignment with field marketing and sales teams
Monitor and track program metrics to ensure all executive engagements drive impactful, measurable business results
Maintain a customer-centric approach to program design, ensuring every touchpoint provides high value to the executive audience

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Extensive experience in field marketing within the APJ market, specifically focused on engaging enterprise and executive-level audiences
Hands-on proficiency with MarTech tools such as Salesforce and Marketo to drive and track campaign performance
Proven track record of creating and executing CxO-focused programs that deliver measurable business outcomes
Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills required to engage senior executives and collaborate across global internal teams
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Deep expertise in executing high-touch initiatives like briefing centers, C-level roundtables, and advisory councils within the technology or cybersecurity space
Advanced ability to drive pipeline growth and customer advocacy within high-value accounts using a data-driven approach
