Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Manager, Service Transition & Deployment to join our Enterprise IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of global infrastructure services, implementing automation tools, and ensuring high-level service delivery for our digital and storage solutions. You will join a forward-thinking team that manages both physical and digital records while leveraging cutting-edge technology in automation, machine learning, and cloud services to enhance the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and mentor a high-performing systems engineering team to deploy infrastructure services and automate workflows, ensuring high productivity and achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to analyze business requirements, manage IT budgets, and optimize costs while delivering innovative solutions for new and existing clients.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and operational stability by leading root cause analysis, managing technology refreshes, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to reduce repetitive incidents.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in managing diverse, high-performing teams and at least 3 years of experience using automation tools like Terraform.
Strong knowledge of enterprise-level troubleshooting, Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems, and scripting languages such as Python.
Proven ability in full-stack troubleshooting, managing complex multi-system data integrations, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced, remote environment.
