What You’ll Do
Incumbent should be well versed with international ticketing and reissuances .
Managing and building relationship with the airlines in order to get timely confirmations.
Handle corporate clients with their travel requirements like reservation/ticketing/fares and visa requests.
Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer.
Build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers and seniors.
Ensure latest updated policies, procedures, desk Instructions are read & complied..
Managing TSF and C-sat for the entire team 8. Managing escalations and customer grievances
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate With 6-10 Yrs of travel servicing experience e.g.. Flight reservation & ticketing.
Good PC skills, MS Office applications and lotus notes.
Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal).
Good people handling skills
Good analytical skills
Knowledge Of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage.
GDS knowledge is mandatory ( Preferably Galileo).
