About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Java Microservices Backend Developer with 6–10 years of strong hands-on experience in building scalable backend services. React knowledge is a value‑add but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop & enhance Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Build scalable, high‑performance backend systems.
Develop/consume RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
Collaborate with UI, QA, DevOps & product teams in an Agile environment.
Write clean, efficient code following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot issues across development and production environments.
Participate in sprint planning, story estimations and code reviews.
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8+)
Hands-on experience in Spring Boot & Spring Framework
Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture
Strong experience with REST APIs
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with Git , CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures
Good-to-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of React.js
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes , cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ
Hands-on with JUnit, Mockito or other testing frameworks

Work Mode
