What You Can Expect
The IT Security Lead Analyst, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) is responsible for owning and executing global identity governance programs from the Bangalore Global Capability Center (GCC). This role ensures that user and system access across the enterprise is secure, compliant, automated, and auditable, while continuously improving identity lifecycle processes at scale.
This is a hands‑on leadership role—the Lead Analyst is expected to operate IGA platforms, drive process improvements, partner cross‑functionally with HR and IT, and lead analysts and engineers delivering day‑to‑day IGA services.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
How You'll Create Impact
Own and operate global IGA platforms supporting access provisioning, de‑provisioning, and certifications
Ensure end‑to‑end identity lifecycle management in partnership with HR, IT, and application owners
Act as the point of accountability for IGA service delivery from the GCC
Lead access certification, RBAC, and segregation‑of‑duties (SoD) programs
Support internal and external audits (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR), including evidence production and control explanations
Translate regulatory and policy requirements into practical, repeatable IGA controls
Identify opportunities to reduce manual access work through automation and workflow optimization
Drive improvements in identity lifecycle, entitlement management, and certification processes
Partner with ITSM and engineering teams to enhance workflow reliability and data quality
Your Background
5-7+ years in IAM / IGA
Security or IAM certifications (CISSP, CISM, SailPoint)
Experience building or maturing an IGA program (not just maintaining one)
Experience operating within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or shared‑services model

IGA Platforms: SAP GRC, SAP SuccessFactors, SailPoint
IAM: Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), Ping
Automation: PowerShell, Python, BASH
ITSM: ServiceNow
GRC / Audit Integrations: access reviews, evidence collection, control reporting
