Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the integration of new applications
Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards and procedures
Proactively identify and address database performance issues
Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies
Ensure compliance with data security protocols and industry standards
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in database administration.
Strong knowledge of database management systems, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for database manipulation.
Knowledge of database backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data assets.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in database management (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on industry best practices.
Experience with cloud-based database solutions, such as AWS RDS or Azure SQL Database.
