Job Description:
Job Overview
The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.
Roles & Responsibility:
Provide day‑to‑day product support for HR Operations and HR systems
Understand HR systems, configurations, and data flow between integrated applications
Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
Support system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives
Prepare and execute test cases for system changes and releases
Assist with release testing and ongoing support for global HR applications
Respond accurately and promptly to HR system and process queries
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
4–6 years of hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors , with strong expertise in two or more modules (EC, ONB, RCM, LMS)
SuccessFactors certification (with valid Delta) is an added advantage
Experience working on at least one end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementation
Exposure to global HR system support environments
Experience with SuccessFactors reporting and analytics
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast‑paced team environment
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
