Your role and responsibilities

As an HR Services Administrator, you will be responsible for process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes. This role involves supporting the delivery of HR services to ensure seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Process Administration: Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of assigned HR processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies. • HR Support: Deliver support services to employees, management, and other stakeholders, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR-related matters. • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases related to HR processes, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. • Compliance: Execute tasks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and HR procedures, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance. • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, metrics, and analytics to support HR decision-making and process improvements.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Process Administration Experience: Exposure to performing administrative tasks in support of HR processes, with knowledge of established procedures and policies. • HR Operations Support: Experience working with HR systems, processes, and procedures to deliver support services to employees and management. • Data Management Skills: Exposure to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases, with attention to data integrity and confidentiality. • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Experience working with regulatory requirements, company policies, and HR procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risks. • Reporting and Analytics: Exposure to preparing and submitting reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Familiarity with HR Systems: Exposure to HR systems and software applications used for process administration and data management. • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Experience working with labor laws and regulations relevant to HR processes, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks. • Basic Analytical Skills: Exposure to basic analytical techniques and tools to prepare and submit reports, metrics, and analytics.
