What You Can Expect
Job Summary
The HR Analytics and Reporting Analyst will leverage SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI to transform complex employee data into actionable insights.
Supports HRBP and Stakeholders by creating, running and managing administration of reports in SuccessFactors to support raising data demands.
Performs data validation/analysis and prepares a variety of reports using data extracted from the HR systems and other sources.
Ultimately responsible for assimilation, analysis, and data story telling to support key Stakeholders and business decisions.
Builds and/or maintains analytics tools to effectively analyze and deliver data insights to business.

How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
SuccessFactors Reporting: Develop and manage advanced reports using SuccessFactors Story Reporting and Canvas and any additional new and evolving SF solutions Power BI Dashboarding: Design and automate enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns in key HR metrics, such as retention, absenteeism, and employee engagement. Provide evidence-based recommendations to HR leadership for strategic workforce planning.
Data Governance & Quality: Support good data governance by identifying data issues and collaborating with IT, HRIS and other HR Partners to ensure data accuracy, availability and completeness.
Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a consultant for HR Business Partners and other Stakeholders, translating business questions into technical reporting and analytics requirements. Data Storytelling
Change Management and Stakeholder engagement
Performs Ad hoc HR data analysis to support HR and other business units to resolve critical concerns. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
What Makes You Stand Out
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)
Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting tools
Advance knowledge of Excel
Experience with statistic tools.
Power BI experience a plus.
Advanced presentation and data visualization skills
Intermediate skills in data analysis. Demonstrate ability to collect data, analyze, simplify, visualize and provide insights from variety of data sources.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

Education/Experience Requirements
Experience: Three or more years of HR related professional analytical experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex requests, competing priorities and global stakeholders
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related human resources or financial discipline.
