Honeywell Financial Svcs Analyst in Bangalore, India
As an AP Analyst at Honeywell, you will perform advanced accounts payable activities with a focus on analysis, issue resolution, and supplier account management. This role requires independent judgment to resolve complex discrepancies and improve AP performance.
You will partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage escalations, aged items, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all standard AP processing activities, including invoice posting, payments, and corrections.
Analyze and resolve aged debit balances and complex account discrepancies.
Manage supplier inquiries and maintain ongoing supplier relationships related to payment issues.
Conduct supplier statement of account analysis and reconcile supplier accounts.
Resolve complex payment blocks, duplicate payments, and unapplied cash items.
Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
Identify root causes of issues and drive process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Participate in training, automation, and optimization projects across the AP function.
Qualifications
3 years experience in accounts payable with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing supplier interactions and resolving aged balances. Strong ERP knowledge, SAP preferred.
