Job Description:

The Finance Deployment Lead Analyst will be part of the Innovative Medicines Finance Deployment Team, working with the Finance Deployment Manager; supporting the implementation of the E2E future state Finance processes as part of the S4/Hana implementation within the global transformation program – including
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
Support the Finance workstream through the deployment phases of all Transcend releases
Assist Data Migration, Business Simulation Testing (BST), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Adoption, Cutover, and Hypercare
Partner with Business Process Owners (BPO) and Global Template Owners (GPO) on global template development and deployment
Identify and analyse deployment risks and mitigation activities
Identify workstream interdependencies with outside programs (Signifi Transact, MT Transcend, others)
Provide Credo based leadership to foster an environment of inclusiveness and continued career and personal development
Data Conversion, Migration, and Validation
Prepare the data conversion and validation as part of the integration
Support data mapping validation
Assist validation activities and enforce to timelines according to deployment map
Ensure high quality data is delivered in line with Common Information Model standards
Testing Planning and Execution
Support BST and UAT cycles for each release
Partner with IT, Global Template Owners, and Business Process Owner teams to resolve test defects
Review and analyse testing results in line with compliance standards
Business Adoption
Partner with Business Adoption Leads, Business Process Owner Team, Base Business Stakeholders to deploy end to end organizational change strategies
Support post-go live hyper care period to ensure end users can perform all essential functions in the period following go live
Ensure consistency to J&J change management framework
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 6+ years professional related experience required
MBA (Finance) /CA/ ICWA
Ability to comprehend SAP design documentation and test scripts
Knowledge and experience working with SAP S/4 HANA Finance is a must.
Solid understanding of Overall Finance Process is required.
Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail
Hard-working to develop expertise in sophisticated financial topics
Agile outlook
Good communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex issues
Great teammate and collaborative working style
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Experience as Lead Analyst for a large manufacturing site
Experience leading testing cycles – BST, UAT, data validation
Knowledge of digital tools (PowerQuery, PowerBI, …)
Experience with working in global / vi r tual environments
Experience using Jira project tool
Experience in Central Finance.
