UL, LLC Engineer Project Associate - EL Test, Flash test in Bangalore, India
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative Engineer – Project Associate to join our Solar EIA team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the Solar PV domain, a passion for technology, and a drive to explore new innovations. This role will serve as a Test Engineer in UL’s mobile facility, working directly with end customers to deliver reliable testing and technical support.
Field Testing – Mobile Laboratory, Thermography, IV Curve tracing, EL Test, Flash test, and all other Solar domain tests.
Understanding ISO 17025 requirements.
Knowledge of IEC/IS standards related to PV module and Solar Power Plant. (IEC 61215, IEC 61730, and IEC 62446.
Responsible for the operation and periodic maintenance of equipment and Records
Provide technical insights and innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and the lead engineer.
Hands-on experience in solar PV systems, PV flasher/ mobile test lab, and performance analysis,
Familiarity with EIA processes and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
