Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of IT project managers, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance

• Collaborate with senior executives and crossfunctional teams to define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives

• Shape and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations

• Foster a culture of innovation, best practices, and operational excellence within the IT project management department

• Provide critical insights into resource allocation, project prioritization, and technology investment decisions

• Ensure the consistent application of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.

• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.

• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.

• Strong project portfolio management skills.
