What You Can Expect
Manages sustaining team execution across projects, ensuring compliance, resource alignment, and delivery of KPIs. Oversees sustaining project delivery and staff development to achieve operational excellence.
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)

Manages sustaining team execution across projects and priorities
Allocates resources to meet operational and business goals
Ensures adherence to design control and compliance standard
Develops staff through coaching and performance feedback
Aligns sustaining work with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory strategies
Tracks KPIs for delivery, cost, and compliance
Represents function in audits and reviews
What Makes You Stand Out
Team leadership, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
Knowledge of design control, quality systems, and sustaining compliance governance.
Ability to coach engineers, conduct performance evaluations, and build capability.
Cross-functional alignment with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain.
Delivery and monitoring of operational KPIs (cost, compliance, schedule).
Representation of the function in audits, reviews, and leadership discussions.
Your Background
Required Technical Skills:
Windchil/ Teamcenter
Mechanical/ Electronics/ Biomedical background
Experience in Medical Device
Orthopaedic experience (Trauma/ Products/ Orthopaedic instruments and devices)
Education and Experience Requirement:
Experience Range: 10 + Years
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, OR Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience.
