The Role
We are looking for a Design Manager with experience in the development of embedded MCU/DSP systems, to build and manage a new product design team. You will develop a series of digital compute products, and benchmark such systems for a variety of applications and driving the necessary improvements for differentiation
What You’ll Do
Design leadership: Lead and manage the team to create of a wide range of compute-focused products
Problem solving: Identify novel solutions when architecting product functionality and/or with design methodologies
Technical guidance & mentoring: Guide world-wide teams in technical areas, from microarchitecture to productisation
Innovation: Define and create design methodology and design flow improvements for efficiency and robustness
