Your role and responsibilities
As a Data Engineer specializing in Enterprise Content Management, you will design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for ECM systems, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications and platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Implement ECM Solutions: Design and implement Enterprise Content Management solutions that meet business requirements, integrating with existing systems to optimize performance and usability. • Customize and Configure ECM Applications: Customize and configure ECM applications to optimize performance and usability, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications and platforms. • Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ECM systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. • Optimize Performance and Scalability: Optimize the performance and scalability of ECM systems to handle large volumes of content efficiently, implementing security measures to protect sensitive information. • Create and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ECM systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and end-user training.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Enterprise Content Management Expertise: Experience with designing and implementing Enterprise Content Management solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems. • ECM Application Customization: Experience with customizing and configuring ECM applications to optimize performance and usability, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications and platforms. • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Experience with providing technical support and troubleshooting for ECM systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. • ECM System Optimization: Experience with optimizing the performance and scalability of ECM systems to handle large volumes of content efficiently, implementing security measures to protect sensitive information. • ECM Documentation and Training: Experience with creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for ECM systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and end-user training.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• ECM Technology Updates: Exposure to staying updated with the latest ECM technologies and best practices, implementing improvements as needed to optimize system performance and usability. • Advanced ECM Security: Experience with implementing advanced security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • ECM Training and Adoption: Exposure to training end-users and other stakeholders on the effective use of ECM systems, promoting adoption and optimal usage.
